1" PVC Chemical Injection Quills
1" diameter PVC chemical injection quills.- This product comes with an internal ceramic ball check valve.
- This standard quill length of 2 3/4" is ideal for injecting into a 4" diameter pipe.
- 1/2" female NPT process connection for easy chemical hose connection. Use this port to install a 1/4" or 3/8" flexible chemical tube or hard pipe.
- Good up to 100F.
- Good up to 150 psi.
- Check valve crack open pressure 10 psi.
- This product may be order with NO internal check valve.
- For 1/2" NPT fittings, consider using a 1/2" PVC injection quills.
- Longer injection quills up to 24" in length are available.
- 3/8" tubing and 1/2" MNPT x 3/8 OD adapter not included.
Over tightening or tightening with a wrench, pipe wrench or similar tool can put too much pressure on the quills what might lead to damages and quill failure.
