I am in La Crosse Wisconsin, what freeze protection % solution do you recommend?
Assuming temperatures will not fall below 0 degrees then a 35% solution will be fine.
Looking at the 55 gal drum of 50% solution of Premixed Corrosion Inhibited Propylene Glycol. Does color reduce performance of the product? Which color is recommended?
A colored dye will not impact the performance of the Propylene Glycol mix but dye will make reading with a handheld Glycol Refractometer inaccurate.
