ChemWorld SR1 Glycol Corrosion Inhibitor.

• 55 gallons converts 1,540 gallons of pure 99.9% Propylene Glycol into a 95% solution of Inhibited Propylene Glycol.
• 55 gallons of ChemWorld SR1 will protect 7600 gallons of 20% glycol solution from corrosion.
• This protect may be ordered in clear or in pink form.
• This product is NOT approved for use in Food and Beverage facilities.
• For food and beverage facilities applications, use Chemworld 811.
• 5 gallon of ChemWorld SR1 of ChemWorld SR1 will protect 700 gallons of 20% glycol solution and 1 gallon of ChemWorld SR1 will protect 140 gallons of 20% glycol solution from corrosion.
• For applications such as the working fluid in a water jet cutting machine or a high pressure washer the maximum dilution is 1:200 or 0.005% dilution rate.

Product Removal
For easy product removal, consider adding a 55-gallon drum dolly to disperse your glycol corrosion inhibitor from 2" bung faucets into 5-gallon pails, a hand pump, or drum pump.

How much Glycol Corrosion Inhibitor should I add to my system? We generally recommend maintaining 1% of ChemWorld SR1 in your system for full protection.
