Food Grade Corrosion Inhibitor

ChemWorld 811 is considered a food grade corrosion inhibitor designed for use in Glycol and Water Systems. 1 gallon treats 200 gallons of fresh water or glycol solution. Other container sizes may be ordered:

• 1 gallon of Chemworld 811 treats 200 gallons of water or glycol solution.
• 4x1 gallons of Chemworld 811 treats 800 gallons of water or glycol solution.
• 5 gallons Chemworld 811 treats 1,000 gallons of water or glycol solution.

This fluids meets a Gosselin rating of 1, and may be used as a FDA-approved boiler water additives for boilers and process waters. This product can be used in water system where incidental food contact may approve may occur. Compatible with propylene glycol.

Organo Phosphonate levels should be maintained at 600 ppm. An organo phosphonate test kit may be used to verify residual.

Product Removal
For easy product removal, consider adding a 55-gallon drum dolly to disperse your corrosion inhibitor from 2" bung faucets into 5-gallon pails, a hand pump, or drum pump.
