1/2" PVC Injection Quills

1/2" diameter PVC chemical injection quills.

• This product comes WITH an internal check valve.
• This standard quill length of 2 3/4" is ideal for injecting into a 4" diameter pipe.
• Good up to 150 psi.
• Check valve crack open pressure 10 psi.
• Good up to 100F.
• This 1/2" NPT injection quill may be order with NO internal check valve.
• For 3/4" NPT fittings, consider using a 3/4" PVC injection quills.
• 1/2" NPT longer injection quills up to 24" in length are available.

These Quills are made from PVC. The units only require Teflon tape and hand tightening.
Over tightening or tightening with a wrench, pipe wrench or similar tool can put too much pressure on the quills what might lead to damages and quill failure.

ChemWorld also stocks Kynar, Stainless Steel, and C-20 injection quills. For chemical applications that never shut down, consider using a PVC corporation stop valves.

What quill do you recommend for 8% chlorine injection? Both our PVC and Kynar Quill Series have great compatibility with that chemical.

I need an Injection Quill. 1/2" PVC but i want the stinger to be 5". Do you offer that? Yes, you can purchase our QC-PVC-50-SP with an Injector length up to 24".
