This is a 55 Gallon container. ChemWorld 54 is a 32% Hydrogen Peroxide Solution. This is the standard industrial concentration of hydrogen peroxide. ChemWorld also provides 15 gallons, 30 gallons, and 310 gallons containers of ChemWorld 54.

This product is FDA approved, but it is considered a hazardous product per DOT for shipping.

How much should I feed?
This product is 32% hydrogen peroxide. For water applications add 1500 ppm (0.15%) and apply. That works out to 1 gallon of 32% H2O2 per every 667 gallons of system volume. For more residual test results, considering using Hydrogen Peroxide Test Strips or Hydrogen Peroxide Test Kits.

If I order 55 gallons how will it arrive?
If you order this 55 gallons container, it ships in a 55 gallon container on a LTL carrier. If you order require pails, you may order pails of Hydrogen Peroxide .

Product Feed and Equipment
The technical specialist servicing the facility will provide specific feed requirements and treatment control levels based on system conditions. It is normally fed neat directly from the shipping container. Tanks, pumps, piping and valves should be made of polyethylene or PVC.

Storage and Handling
Keep in a tightly closed container. Store indoors. Recommended storage temperature is 50 F - 105 F (10 C - 40C). Do not reuse container. Dispose of empty container in compliance with federal, state/provincial and local laws and regulations.

Product Removal
For easy product removal, consider adding a 55-gallon drum dolly to disperse your product from 2" bung faucets into 5-gallon pails, a hand pump, or acid drum pump.

I am obligated to find Hydrogen Peroxide in 55 gals drum, but it has to be not 32, but 37%! Does such exist?

Yes, but it is a federally regulated product and you need special approvals to order it. We do not carry the product due to all the regulations that come with Hydrogen Peroxide above 32%.

We need to dilute the product 3% concentration. Can you provide dilution instructions?

You have two options to calculate the dilution:

Option 1: You calculate by weight knowing your target weight. You take that number and multiply it by:
90.625% for the water weight
9.375% for the H2O2 32% weight
Or Option 2: You calculate by volume and take one gallon of water and add 350 mL (~12 fl oz) of H2O2 32%.
