What is a Silicone Based Defoamer?
ChemWorld S, Silicon Defoamer, is a 10% active silicone antifoam for a wide range of applications. It is useful in process, waste treatment, cleaning and certain other applications where silicone can be used.
This product is an excellent, fast acting material for surfactant-generated foams which can cause cleaning or treatment problems. In systems where continuous agitation and/or source of foam causing agents exist, continuous treatment will be required.
This particular version is not FDA approved for food applications.
- Food Grade Silcone Based Defoamer - 5 Gallons
- Water Based Defoamer - 5 Gallons
- 30% Silicon Defoamer - 55 Gallons
- Ester Based Antifoam - 5 Gallons
- Oil Based Defoamers - 5 Gallons
Product Removal
For easy product removal, consider adding a 55-gallon drum dolly to disperse your defoamer from 2" bung faucets into 5-gallon pails, a hand pump, or drum pump.
