Can "Propylene Glycol Food Grade USP 99.5+% Pure Concentration" be used in a humidor, or does it need to be cut to 50/50 mix with distilled water? You can use pure Propylene Glycol USP, but you need to dilute it 50/50 with Distilled Water or Deionized Water. Do not use tap water, tap water contains chlorine.

Can this be used as an antifreeze in a refrigerator or -20 C (-4 F) freezer? Yes this is the correct material for that application. You will need approx. 40% solution for that temperature range.
