Can you tell me if propylene glycol is considered hazmat?

Propylene Glycol is not hazmat. It's not regulated and also available as a food grade certified version.

Can this 99.9% Propylene Glycol be used in an AC chiller?

Yes our concentrated PG can be used in a chiller. Most systems will run on 30-50% PG. Please refer to our IPG if you need corrosion protection.
