Emulsion Cleaner and Rust Preventative. Universal titratable emulsion cleaner. Excellent rust and humidity protection. ChemWorld Xtrem Clean is:- A low-foam corrosion preventive. Due to its unique blend of ingredients, ChemWorld Xtrem Clean imparts a micro-thin film providing excellent corrosion protection to all types of metal.
- Uniquely titratable for ease of concentration control.
- Readily emulsifies with water, forming stable dilutions capable of operating at low and high temperatures in both spray and dip applications.
- Residues are compatible with conventional lubricants such as transmission fluids, etc.
- Will not cause discoloration or stains on soft metals.
- Designed for use in single or multi stage industrial spray washers, or with agitated immersion systems, and is suitable for use on ferrous, stainless, magnesium, yellow, and non-ferrous components.
- Cleaning Concentration: Spray: 2% - 10% by volume; Soak: 5% - 10% by volume, Ultrasonic: 2% - 10% by volume.
- For Magnesium Metal: > 5% by volume.
- Temperature: Ambient to 160F.
- Time:As Required.
- Short term (up to 1 month): 2% - 3% by volume.
- Medium term (up to 3 months): 4% - 9% by volume.
- Long term (> 3 months): ≥ 10% by volume.
