Paint Booth Non-Methylene Chloride

Non-methylene chloride cold tank type stripper for parts and hooks. Excellent on aluminum and ferrous steel. ChemWorld Strip All is a unique immersion paint stripper formulated to QUICKLY remove urethanes, epoxy, powder coating, and difficult-to-remove coating systems. ChemWorld Strip All:
  • Does not contain hazardous ingredients such as phenol, creosol, chromate, cresylic acid, or methylene chloride.
  • Was formulated to remove coatings from all ferrous AND non-ferrous metals without substrate attack when used as directed.
  • Will remove most paints, even hooks with 10+ cotes, in less than one hour at room temperature in most cases. Pretesting is recommended.
  • Use at 100% by volume as received.
  • Do NOT mix with water or add wet parts into the tank, as attack on aluminum would occur.
  • Do not heat, as product is flammable and the formula performs at room temperature.
  • Use caustic and solvent resistant tank, piping, and equipment.
  • Immerse until paint dissolves or lifts in sheets.
  • Rinse aluminum in a silicated clean water solution. ChemWorld will recommend a proper rinse additive for your operation based on metals and rust inhibition requirements.
One gallon containers of Boiler Antifreeze are Stocked & Shipped daily from Atlanta, Georgia; Detroit, Michigan; and Salt Lake City, Utah.
