General-duty micro-emulsion semi-synthetic machining fluid. Excellent tool life and biostability for individual sumps. ChemWorld Semi Syn Stable is a premium grade, semi-synthetic metalworking fluid containing moderate oil content and industry proven extreme pressure additives. ChemWorld Semi Syn Stable was developed with non-chlorine and non-phosphate extreme pressure (EP) additives for severe machining and cutting applications. The products unique composition produces dilutions that are stable and protect from corrosion in both hard and soft waters. While containing no biocides, the product is found to be extremely bio-resistant, allowing fluid to resist foaling even in long periods of system downtime. Product is not additive dependent and designed for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. ChemWorld Semi Syn Stable was developed to replace nationally know metal working coolants at a user acceptable cost. Product concentrate is completely stable in concentrate and dilution.
