Paint Booth Organic Paint Detackifier
55 gallons (minimum size offered) of Industry standard organic paint detackifier. Formulated to detackify and disperse every paint and coating without excessive sludge formation.ChemWorld Paint Organic is a metal-free, liquid cationic polymer used to detackify paint particles trapped in recirculating water and mask wash systems. It is a unique all-organic material that will prevent paint particle build-up within the paint spray booth water system. ChemWorld Paint Organic is designed for use in all types of water curtain paint spray booth systems. It performs well under many different operating conditions such as: variations of water quality, spray booth design configurations, types of paints and thinners sprayed, and operating temperatures.

ChemWorld Paint Organic should be fed neat. The product should be fed at a point in the system where good mixing occurs, to allow product dispersion and contact with paint particles. Feed product away from flocculant feed point.
Note: One pound of ChemWorld Paint Organic should be feed for every two pound of paint SOLIDS that are oversprayed into the paint booth water. Refer to SDS for all safety information.
