Paint Booth Industrial Maskwash
Concentrated Industrial Mask Wash Compound. Provides a barrier for easy paint removal in subsequent pressurized washing operations. ChemWorld Mask is a highly concentrated liquid mask wash compound containing film forming agents and water conditioners. ChemWorld Mask is:
- Designed for applying in industrial recirculating and/or brush coat operations.
- Provides a barrier on a clean racking system that allows paint and coatings to temporarily adhere to the coating, while facilitating easy coating removal in subsequent washing operations.
- Is chemically very mild and will not attack rack solder areas.
- Is air or heated air dried, it will not run or burn in paint or vacuum metalizing ovens (up to 700F. ChemWorld Mask’s liquid form offers excellent employee safety and convenience during tank additions and is completely non-hazardous (as reported on the safety data sheet).
USE INFORMATION:
- Concentration: 10 - 12% by volume in an industrial mask washerTemperature: 140 - 200F is optimal for applying and evenly flash drying.
- Contact Time: Typical operational time as set-up by the washer manufacturer.
ChemWorld recommends that all surfaces be completely dry prior to introducing parts/racks into the painting operation.
