Iron Phosphates Detergent
Room Temperature Detergent Iron Phosphate. ChemWorld MO Clean is a non-foaming blend of buffered phosphates, water conditioners, aluminum enchants, and coating accelerators in combination with a high level of room temperature detergents in a convenient liquid form. ChemWorld MO Clean is:- pH balanced so that little or no pH adjustment is required.
- Designed for use in multi-stage industrial recirculating spray phosphatizing systems operating from 75-130F.
- Produces an iridescent blue coating on ferrous components, which provides both improved paint adhesion and corrosion resistance for the finish.
- Produces a light coating on aluminum, zinc, and galvanized surfaces.
- Meets or exceeds TTC-490D, Type II military specification by providing a brilliant blue iron phosphate coating in the range of 35 to 80 mgs/ft2 (result based on contact time, concentration, impingement, and temperature).
- Extremely cost effective, room temperature, molybdate accelerated combination cleaner and iron phosphate.
- Concentration: 0.75 - 4% by volume (Initial concentration: 2% by volume)
- Temperature: 75-130 F (Heat speeds cleaning)
- Target Operating pH: 4.4 - 4.9
