Heavy-Duty, Defoaming Aluminum Spray and Immersion Cleaner. Industrial grade liquid alkaline spray. Safe to use on all metals. Ideal for low to mid-temperature aluminum and steel cleaner for oils, grease, and high-foaming oils applications. ChemWorld Metal Safe LQ is:- A liquid, soft metal-safe alkaline cleaner for use in recirculating spray washers and immersion systems. It is highly effective blend of defoaming detergents, corrosion inhibitors, water conditioners, buffered alkalinity sources, and builders.
- Emulsifies, saponifies, and disperses soils for easy removal and complete rinsing.
- Is filtratable and an extremely effective in-line oil splitter.
- Contains phosphates for excellent particle soil removal and scale prevention, even in the hardest water areas.
- Safe for use on all metals, including aluminum, zinc, ferrous and other non-ferrous metals and plastics.
- Completely chelant-free for easy waste-treatability using standard methods.
- Mix at 1 to 4% by volume with water is recommended. For heavier industrial applications, concentrations of up to 8% by volume may be needed, depending on water hardness, soil load, type of soil, and temperature.

Looking for something we can spray on and it will dissolve the dust and dirt that is safe in our medical and dental practices. Our ChemWorld Metal Safe LQ would be a solid choice. We would recommend a full water rinse afterwards, and dilute the product down at 5% product and 95% water for the cleaning procedure. (Rinse after until the water is no longer foamy).
