Heavy-Duty Powdered Defoaming Alkaline Detergent for All Metals. All metal safe, powder form, oil and carbon deposit industrial grade cleaner. Safe to use on multi-metals. Excellent for removal of carbon and baked-on oil deposits. ChemWorld SAFE is:- Powdered blend of select alkaline builders, inhibitors, safety solvent, and biodegradable low foaming detergents.
- Provides reduced temperature rapid penetration and emulsification of even the most difficult soils.
- Designed for recirculating spray application in single and multi-stage industrial washers.
- Suitable for use in agitated immersion or hot tank cleaning systems.
- Effectively removes masking compounds, grease, carbon, oils, particle soils, and general shop soils. Suitable for a variety of cleaning operations ranging from stamping oil removal from components to engine component cleaning.
- Safe for use on ferrous metals as well as aluminum and brass.
- Provides unique cleaning ability, economy, and prolonged tank life.
- Concentrated Industrial Strength.
- Mix 2 - 8 ounces of METAL-SAFE per gallon of water prior to use.
- Operate at 100 -160F. Note: Silicated products should not be run at a temperature over 160°F due to the possibility of silicate drop-out and/or deposition.
