Calcium Hardness Test Kits
Calcium Hardness Test Kits (HNB) comes in 1 drop = 2, 5,10, 20, 25, and 50 ppm.Directions:
- Fill mixing bottle with water sample to 25 ml mark.
- Add 1 scoop of
Calcium Indicator Powder and swirl to mix. - Add 6 drops of
Calcium Buffer Solution and swirl. - If the water turns
Blue , no Calcium is present and report as 0 ppm. - If the water turns
Purple orRed , hardness is present. - Add
titrating solution , drop by drop, swirling the vial until the solution turnsBlue . - The calcium hardness is the number of drops times the factor of the test.
