Boiler Water Chloride Test Kits
Boiler Chloride Test Kits comes in 1 drop = 2, 5, and 10 ppm.Directions:
- Fill the vial with 25 ml of boiler water.
- Add 6 drops of Phenolphthalein Indicator.
- If the water turns red or pink, add Sulfuric Acid Neutralizing Solution, drop by drop, until it clears. If the water is clear, skip to step number 4.
- Add 5 drops of Hydrogen Peroxide Solution and mix.
- Add 6 drops of Potassium Chromate Indicator Solution. The water will turn yellow.
- Add Silver Nitrate Solution, drop by drop, until a faint brick red appears throughout the entire water sample.
- Multiple the drops by the factor test and record results.
