Sodium Nitrite Test Kits
Sodium Nitrite as (NaNO2) Test Kits comes in 1 drop = 25, 50, and 100 ppm.Directions:
- Fill the syringe with the water to be tested to 5 ml mark.
- Empty the 5ml syringe into the testing vial.
- Add 6 drops of Nitrite Indicator Solution.
- If the water turns Blue, NO nitrite is present and report zero.
- If the water turns Red, continue the test.
- Add Ceric Sulfate Titrating Solution, drop by drop, until the solution turns Blue or a Blue/Green for 15 seconds.
- The NaNo2 reading of the water is in ppm and is equal to the drops used times the factor of the test.
