- The dimensions are:
74,8 mm long x 9,5 mm wide x 1,58 mm. thickness, with one 5,5 mm. diameter hole, located 7,4 mm. from center hole to one end of coupon. - Can a biofilm growing on another surface be transferred to the coupon and processed for biofilm amount using same protocol?
- You can use any coupon as long as you know the surface area.You cannot transfer biofilm to the coupon and then do the measurement.
