Concentrated ChemWorld Ethylene Glycol - 5 gallons.

Use a glycol refractometer to verify concentration after mixing.

Note: Adding color to your solution will impede the refractometer results.

We have a question about the inhibited ethylene glycol. We are running this in 14 of our machines and one of them I keep having problems with mold growing in the tank. This happened almost a year ago and we completely cleaned and flushed the system and I checked today and it is back.

First, what percentage of EG are you using? You can try to keep the percentage above 40% and try that. If that does not work you need to use Bacteria Dip Slides on a monthly basis. To kill the bacteria we suggest slugging Glutaraldehyde at 50 ppm.
