quat test kit is used to verify the concentration levels of quat sanitizers used in the cleaning and sanitation industry. It can be used to test concentration levels for hard surface sanitizing, foot baths, hand dips and environmental sanitizing. Concentration levels are represented in ppm.

Directions for TK9000-Z
1) Rinse vial three times and fill to 10 mL.
2) Add 2 drops of CO3300.
3) Add 3 drops of PH1605, if it stays colorless, skip step 4.
4) Add 1 drop of SA1590 until it turns colorless.
5) Add 3 drops of TB3800. Sample will turn blue.
6) Add one drop at a time of QA3500 until the solution turns purple-pink.
7) # drops x 50 = ppm Quat.

Can the TK9000-Z kit be used to accurately test in the 650-750ppm range?

Yes you can use the Quat Test Kit to test in the 650-750 ppm range as long as your follow the 1 drop = 50ppm instructions.
