Chelant Boiler Chemical

ChemWorld 791CS is an All-in-One Boiler product that contains a Chelant for "faster" scale removal within a steam boiler system. The product also contains a polymer, sulfite, and amine.

ChemWorld 791CS is controlled based on the sulfite level of the boiler, with a recommended sulfite range of 20 to 40 ppm sulfite. We do not recommend running the sulfite above 40 ppm to avoid the potential for corrosion due to chelant overfeed.

We highly recommend that once the boiler is clean that they switch to a less aggressive, All-in-One products like ChemWorld 1197 that is very excellent at controlling scale in boilers with high levels of hardness in the makeup but does not have the potential to corrode the boiler if overfed.

Before using this product you must have a well functioning softener system.
