Vibratory Cleaner

Mild-Alkaline Burnishing, Vibratory, and Mass Finishing Compound. Mildly-Alkaline Vibratory Cleaner. High detergent content mildly alkaline vibratory compound and brightener. Excellent on oily soils.

ChemWorld ALK Clean is:

• A concentrated liquid additive designed primarily for vibratory deburring and burnishing in mass finishing operations.
• Suitable for use on aluminum, zinc, brass, copper, ferrous and precious metal components using steel, porcelain, or resin bonded media.
• Mildly alkaline will handle heavy soil loads without a reduction in part luster.
• Produces a consistently highly polished surface while keeping the media and components immaculately clean.

USE INFORMATION:

• Concentration: 0.5 - 2 ounces per gallon of water (Starting: 2-oz / per gal.)

In order to insure uniform results it is recommended that ChemWorld ALK Clean be automatically fed into the vibratory unit at a rate of approximately 1-2 gal./ cubic foot per hour. It is also important to be sure that all drains are functioning normally in order that the ChemWorld ALK Clean 176 may expel the oily soils via the effluent. If left unrinsed, ChemWorld ALK Clean provides up to 90-days indoor rust protection.
