Alkaline Degreaser
Industrial grade liquid alkaline spray for use on ferrous metals only. Used as a heavy-duty spray and soak cleaner. Excellent cleaner for oil, grease, carbon, and heavy particulate. ChemWorld ALK SPRAY is:- A concentrated blend of alkaline builders, particulate dispersants, water conditioners, demulsifiers, and low foaming detergents balanced for maximum soil penetration and removal.
- Formulated for use in all multi-stage immersion, electrolytic, and recirculating industrial wash systems.
- Suitable for use on ferrous metals, durable plastic, as well as titanium, stainless steel, copper, and other metals which are resistant to strong alkali.
- COMPLETELY NON-FOAMING under normal use conditions, however, may foam if sprayed at temperatures below 100°F.
- Excellent particle soil removal, very good oil rejection, and provides convenience and economy as a liquid cleaner.
- Suitable for automatic chemical feeding, and is very effective with specialty Thin-Filmâ„¢ oil removal equipment that demands a thin, non-adulterated oil film to perform properly.
- Mix at 0.5 to 6.0% with water for Spraying applications (Operating temperature range 100 to 200F).
- Mix at 2.0 to 8.0% with water for Immersion applications (Operating temperature range 80 to 200F).
