Mild pH Alkaline Oil Cleaner
Liquid. All-Metal Safe. Immersion cleaner for oily soils. Operates at a mild pH to reduce alkaline neutralization of phosphate and rinse tanks. ChemWorld ALK NEU is:- A blend of alkaline builders, particle soil dispersants, water conditioners, and a synergistic blend of detergents designed to provide effective penetration and removal of even the most stubborn oils and shop soils in conventional hot tank or ultrasonic cleaning.
- Is a suitable cleaner prior to electroplating, anodizing, painting of ferrous metal components, or other industrial coating processes.
- Is highly recommended for use on soft metal components such as aluminum or zinc, as well as all ferrous alloys.
- If left un-rinsed, ChemWorld ALK NEU will provide temporary rust protection of up to 10 days in indoor storage to ferrous metal parts.
- Provides convenience of handling, extended tank life, and improves employee safety.
- ChemWorld 967 (a very similar product) will prevent corrosion up to 90-days indoor protection.
- Concentrate industrial strength.
- Mix at a 4 to 15% by volume with water prior to use.
