ChemWorld AL Bright is a highly concentrated liquid detergent formulated for vibratory deburring and burnishing in mass finishing and barrel burnishing operations. ChemWorld AL Bright is specifically developed for ultra-bright finishes on aluminum, zinc, brass, copper, stainless, ferrous and precious metal components using steel, stainless steel, porcelain, or resin bonded media. ChemWorld AL Bright produces a consistently highly polished surface while keeping the media and components immaculately clean.

USE INFORMATION:

• Barrel Burnishing: 1.0 - 5.0 ounces/gallon (0.7 - 4.0% by volume).
• Vibratory Burnishing: 0.2 - 3.0 ounces/gallon (0.15 - 2.3% by volume).

In order to insure uniform results, it is recommended that diluted ChemWorld AL Bright be automatically fed into the vibratory unit at a rate of approximately one to two gallons per cubic foot per hour. It is important to verify that drains are functioning normally in order that the ChemWorld AL Bright may expel soils via the effluent.
