Aluminum Heat Exchanger Cleaning Chemical
ChemWorld 68 is a neutral boiler cleaning chemical. It is designed to work on aluminum heat exchangers. Neutral pH cleaners may only be used with aluminum boilers or aluminum heat exchangers. Acidic and alkaline cleaners will cause severe corrosion to aluminum. Please read the instructions before using ChemWorld 68.
- Add 4 pounds of ChemWorld 68 for every 1000 gallons of cooling or boiler system volume.
- Circulate the cleaning solution for 12 to 24 hours and then drain and flush the system.
- ChemWorld 68 is designed to be a low-foaming surfactant, however, a defoamer like ChemWorld S should be on hand in case of excessive foaming.
