Industrial Rinse Aide
ChemWorld 203ND is a liquid additive used in spray alkaline cleaner baths and iron phosphate baths operated below 125°F (51.6°C). It provides extra cleaning action when extra heavy soils are encountered which cannot be adequately removed by the cleaner or phosphate alone. Another important use of ChemWorld 203ND cleaner additive is as an additive to rinse tanks following the cleaner tank in order to promote a water break-free surface on the work piece. ChemWorld 203ND cleaner additive contains no phosphate or chelators, and the surfactants used in this product are biodegradable.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Add 0.05 to 0.2% ChemWorld 203ND by volume to cleaner or rinse tanks. ChemWorld 203ND cleaner additive is applicable to cleaner, iron phosphate, and rinse tanks that operate below 125°F (51.6°C). For solutions operating above this temperature, another ChemWorld product can be recommended.
CONTROL PROCEDURES
ChemWorld 203ND cleaner additive is not maintained by any control procedure. Product is added to the bath as needed.
EQUIPMENT
For alkaline cleaner and rinse stages to which this product is added, mild steel tanks and heating coils are satisfactory.
